Family Service & Children's Aid

Stress Management
Workshop

Project Description

This project was conducted to evaluate one of the current stress management strategies being used at Family Service & Children’s Aid. The evaluation was focused on whether or not the training is successful in helping employees develop effective stress management techniques in order to identify and respond to stress in the workplace. I developed a set of evaluation questions that I integrated into an online survey and interview which were used to gather data and identify where the training was successful and potential areas of improvement in future iterations.
