Family Service & Children's Aid

Improving Meeting
Effectiveness

To achieve this, I first conducted a needs analysis to identify any elements that were seen as having contributed to the gap between current and desired performance and used that data in combination with multiple analysis methods to propose several solutions to improve meeting efficiency.
